to blog or not to blog

Should you blog when you have nothing to blog about just because you vowed to blog everyday? Will anyone care even if you do blog about nothing? Does anyone care when I actually blog about something? Since I vowed to blog everyday without fail, I’m blogging about my day – even if I did nothing. This is called Deena’s Days afterall.

Well today I did nothing, I mean literally nothing. I watched tv, I ate, I twittered, I facebooked, I emailed and I texted. It was overcast and threatening thunderstorms, and I was crampy and allergic and tired. Haven’t slept well the past 2 nights and after yesterday’s 8 hour stretch online planning my u2 tour and a sequel of 3 more hours last night, I found it quite enjoyable to do nothing today.

But the question remains, should I blog about doing nothing? Well if it was good enough for Seinfeld, I guess it’s good enough for me.

My name is Deena Dietrich. I live in Ellicott City, Maryland with my 2 dogs Elvis and Cilla. I am making my way as a Social Media Manager, Blogger and now Author. I have written my U2 memoir 'On the Road with U2: my musical journey' (available on amazon) about the 75 (now 100) U2 shows I have been to since ZooTv and the places I’ve seen and the people I’ve met along the way. My motto is “It is better to regret something you have done, than something you haven’t.” So follow me on my journey as I pursue my passions in music and sports with Elvis, U2, Grizzlies, Broncos, LMP, NKOTB, Orioles.
