Yesterday I went to the Grizzlies chalk talk before the game, which they lost – again!

Today was a great day. I started at the Big One, the Memphis Flea Market. It was ok. I got 4 books for $2, but paid $3 to park. Then I went to Davis Kidd bookstore, which was really nice. I got an autographed copy of Crossroads about Robert Johnson and an Elvis biography. Tonight I went to the Horseshoe Casino. Had dinner at the buffet, which was good. Better variety than Paula Deen’s, but not the quality. I lost $80 at the slots before going to Bluesville for the Kris Kristofferson and Merle Haggard show. It was really good. I enjoyed Kris especially. I figure it is the closest I’ll get to seeing Johnny Cash.
