Memphis has been under a tornado watch since yesterday afternoon, and I have not left my house. It might seem silly, but I am not taking any chances especially since I did not have to be anywhere. Thankfully, we did not get hit by a tornado. Yazoo City, MS was not so lucky. We just had high winds, downpour rains and thunder and lightening, which actually woke me up. I just hope it doesn’t rain next weekend for the festival like it always does.
