Broncos’ Von Miller in Trouble Again!

Will it never end? Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller is in trouble again. Last week Miller was cited for driving without a license and speeding. His license had previously been suspended. Miller was arrested last month when he tried to buy a gun, and a background check revealed he had an outstanding warrant. Miller had failed to appear in court last year when he was cited for driving without a license, no proof of insurance and careless driving. All this while Miller is suspended for the first six games of the season for violating NFL’s substance-abuse policy. His suspension will cost Miller at least $2 million, $800,000. in salary and about $1.2 million in prorated signing bonuses.

Von Miller was the Broncos second overall draft pick out of Texas A&M. He was the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2011. Miller had 30 sacks in his first two NFL seasons, including a Broncos record 18 1/2 sacks last year. Von Miller is due to return to the gridiron October 20th when the Broncos take on the Colts in Indianapolis.
